About Katie

Katie Beroukhim`

Katie practices yoga because it makes her feel happy, enlivened, centered, and ready to meet life’s challenges. Yoga is a journey to wholeness, to balance. It stretches and strengthens the body, mind, and soul.

She shares her practical and intuitive knowledge wholeheartedly every time she teaches, taking special care to recognize and address the needs of her students. They appreciate her humor, her clear instructions, her well-choreographed sequencing, and her attention to detail, as she tailors each practice to meet them where they are.

Every yoga practice includes breathwork and mindful reminders.

In addition to yoga, Katie teaches Meditation, Aquatic Exercise, Mat Pilates, Barre, and Functional Fitness for Boomers.

Katie teaching yoga to fourth and fifth graders at Foussat Elementary for Sean O’Shea Foundation, 2009.
