Private session can be offered online or in person. Clients are welcome to invite friends to their sessions.
In private yoga sessions, the practice is tailored specifically to the needs of the student, where issues and goals can be easily and safely communicated. If you are suffering from physical imbalances, or aches and pains, private yoga can zero in to help you feel better. What may take months in a class environment can be accomplished in a simple one-on-one setting because the process is uniquely individual.
